Resource
Monk.

ERP design, process automation, and legacy migration — delivered by people who have built these systems before. Fixed scope when the work is clear; a dedicated cell when it is a programme.

WHAT WE DO

Delivery shaped
to the problem.

We quote the work that matches the problem, then ship it. No suite pitch, no open-ended discovery that becomes the project.

01

Custom ERP
Design & Build

We document how you operate today, then design modules around those flows. Architecture stays modular so the next phase extends what exists instead of replacing it.

Process map Custom modules Migration plan
02

Process Automation
& Workflow Engines

Approvals, document chains, vendor onboarding, and finance reconciliation run through a stateful engine with SLAs and audit history from the first release.

Workflow engine RPA bridges SLAs
03

Legacy Integration
& Migration

Cutover from Oracle EBS, SAP ECC, or AS/400 while keeping the process logic your teams rely on. We audit the data and run parallel before go-live.

Module-Level
Builds

When a full ERP is more than you need, we ship the module: inventory, procurement, HR, production, finance, or quality and compliance.

THE DIFFERENCE

How we
run the work.

Commitments that show up in the contract, the standups, and the handover pack.

  1. Process mapping
    before code.

Every engagement starts with your real workflows, including the workarounds. Both sides sign off on as-is and to-be before we write production code. Skip that step and you spend the second half of the project explaining why the shipped system does not match how people work.

  2. Fixed scope or retainer.
    Written estimates.

Fixed-scope for defined deliverables; retainer when you need a cell for six months or more. Estimation risk sits with us. Change orders are for genuine scope change, not for catching up on a soft bid.

  3. Systems shaped by
    your operation.

We do not steer you toward a platform because we hold a certification for it. Your operating model drives the design. If a packaged product would serve you better, we will say so and decline the build.

HOW WE WORK

Engagement built
around outcomes.

No open time-and-materials. No six-month discovery that ends in a slide deck. Choose the model that matches the work.

You know the deliverable. We commit to a price, a date, and an acceptance outcome. Most module builds and discrete automation jobs land here.

Tell us which
process is broken.

The first call is thirty minutes with a delivery lead. We talk about the work, whether Resource Monk is the right fit, and what a useful next step looks like. No deck, no qualification script.
