A leading transport company operating a fleet of more than 2,000 vehicles needed a way to manage the entire vehicle lifecycle in one place — orders, expenses, maintenance, driver management, invoicing, and documentation — rather than tracking each of these separately. Without a unified system, getting a complete picture of any single vehicle's history and cost, from acquisition to disposal, was difficult at that scale.

Golden Synapse built a customized Resource Monk deployment integrated with Automen, its own garage management software, to cover the full vehicle lifecycle. The system maps orders, expenses, maintenance, driver assignment, invoicing, and documentation from the point a vehicle is bought to the point it's sold — with maintenance and garage operations flowing directly through Automen's integration rather than sitting in a separate system.
