Unifying ERP and HR for a UAE high-end salon chain
Procurement and payroll commission workflows moved from manual to automated
Primary outcome from this engagement

01Challenge

A UAE-based high-end salon chain was managing inventory, procurement, financials, and staff operations without a unified system. Business activity and staff activity tracking were disconnected from stock and financial data, and the existing point-of-sale systems sat outside any central platform — making it hard to get a consistent view of the business across locations.

02Solution

Golden Synapse deployed Resource Monk (ERP) and VAQT (HRM) together to give the client one connected platform. Resource Monk handles inventory, procurement, and financials, while VAQT manages staff and business activity tracking. Both integrate directly with the client's external POS systems, so sales data flows into the same system driving stock and financial records — rather than living in a separate, disconnected tool.

03Outcome

Procurement now runs through a structured, automated workflow instead of manual coordination — reducing the back-and-forth and errors that came with disconnected systems. On the HR side, staff payroll and commission calculations, which depend on tracking individual service and sales activity in a salon environment, are now automated end-to-end through VAQT rather than calculated manually.
